Loneliness can affect you in more ways than you think. Loneliness can affect your sleep and lead to poor sleep and feeling tired during the day which can really impact your lifestyle. Loneliness is an emotion and can be unique to all of us. There is a big difference between loneliness and solitude. You can choose solitude but loneliness is not something we impose on ourselves. being lonely can lead to mental and physical health issues, which leads to depression.
