These past few years have been testing for all of us and now that we can start socialising again, we can start having fun dates with other single Christians. I personally have had to trust in the word of the Lord over this period of various lockdowns and the uncertainty of living during the period of a world-wide pandemic. There have been times when I have felt I am on a slippery slope and that I have had little control, but trusting in The Lord and reading the Bible and trusting in the words of promise and care.

Verse:   Psalm 121:3

‘He will not allow your foot to slip; your Protector will not slumber.’

I trust that The Lord will protect and preserve you and that He will guide my life and that includes my Christian dating. He guards and guides the steps of His faithful ones. If I am faithful and trust Him, He will be faithful to me as He will never leave me vulnerable. The Lord is your Keeper and He guards you night and day. He will not relax His hold on your life, and He will hold you up. His pathway is already laid out and He has your best interest in the forefront of His mind.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You that Your hand is with me. You preserve my life and protect me from stumbling and falling. I take this moment to place my trust and confidence in You. Amen.
