For many single people who live alone the last twelve months has been lonely and many singles have been isolated because of the pandemic. Travel has been banned and illegal and all unnecessary travel even locally has been discouraged. However even though churches have been closed, many Christian singles have grown in faith and trust in the Lord. I was reading my bible today and this verse stood out in a meaningful way and increased my faith.

Romans 8:28

‘And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.’ God will take our mess (the world is in a bit of a mess at the Moment) and turn it into a message of hope. He will take our failures and turn them into a victory shout. If you feel that you have failed this year, then trust that the Lord has got everything in hand and that we will get through this because He is in control.

He will take what is broken and give it purpose and meaning. If you are feeling broken and fearful. Take the hand of the shepherd and trust that He will guide on the path. He will restore all that has been lost and stolen for His glory. The lord restores and protects all who follow Him. PRAYER: Lord,You are the great Restorer. You take all the things I have been through and see, and You turn it into something good. You give my life meaning, hope and purpose. Amen.
