Going vegan isn’t about elimination. Veganism is not a starvation or deprivation diet. Many vegan daters love food but they think seriously about their food choices and the effect that eating has on other animals and the planet in general. It’s about finding vegan alternatives for the foods you love and incorporating new foods into your diet and your recipes. I now eat foods I had never heard of before going vegan.
